Is it logical that the Dedan announcement on Mother’s Day will trigger Sampson’s actions?
He signs Dedan, who is classifying into 2023, and Sampson is done.
Dedan does not reclassify, or does but chooses another School, Sampson is not done.

Who would be out? We can’t say bye to Javier we need big men. Sharp and Arceneaux are here to stay same with Freshman. Obvious starters like Shead can’t leave so that mean a roster of if Dedan committed:

Sharp
Arceneaux
Ramon
Dedan
Lath
McFarland
KJ
Tugler
Lath can’t go if Dedan comes. Freshman stay. Starters stay. So do Sharp and Arcenaux. Would Ramon really get booted?
TA though a true freshman still has a great deal of improvement to undergo. Even in the brief moments in which he did well he wasn’t close to “all” anything. Most of the year was spent looking lost on the court whether offensively or defensively as a freshman will. He needs to make significant strides physically and game-wise before he “moves on”.

lets all remember that no one had heard of Taze Moore before he got here and he turned out to be one of my all time favorites.
point is - we dont necessarily have to be looking for big names.
