Some things are bigger than basketball and money. I think Forbes and Cross are happy at Tulane and in the words of Kelvin Sampson “don’t mess with happy”
I saw Cross and Forbes the other day visiting kids at a hospital near Tulane. I genuinely think they are happy staying there.

Forbes and Cross, i think are borderline G League guys.
They just need better coaching. Play tougher, play smarter.
Some coaches just allow their players free reign and its not gonna help them long term
Like Taze, for example. Very athletic, but also probably quite inconsistent at Cal St Bakersfield. Coach helped make him a better defender & take care of the ball.
forbes to me is an nba guy on the right roster/development… a athletic 6’5 shooter, who rebounds great…he needs to develop his defense, but he has the body to be good on defense . fits the nba 3 and d
im about this close to jumping into the grant nelson bandwagon as our guy lol
as time is passing to me he is the best option of anything realistic that has a possibility of happening

Thats when you know its real.
All I know is we reached out to him. Nate mentioned maybe things will be more clear in a few days but Nelson will be at the combine later in the month.
And so did others. Lets wait and see another few.
