Backups
Tugler and Francis off the bench and TA slides to the wing.
Jefferson or Mercy to rest the 1 & 2 spots

It sounds like UH is in good position. How confirmed were we though when that Tulane wide receiver (who went toTennessee) entered the portal?
It may be the only possibility to getting all these guys on the same roster.
I am a big fan of Francis but don’t see any issues with him coming off the bench as a defensive enforcer.

All things aren’t created equal. Braswell took the lure of MONEY. Dedan wants to win and get to the league. If money was their motivation, he wouldn’t have gone to UNLV off jump.

Also, as of 2023, playing football wasn’t a path to the NFL as a Coog. It is in basketball. In a 4/5 star world, we putting 3 star ballers in the NBA. So yeah, Brassell, Sr. wanted junior to stay with Fritz. But not once the NIL-bag-options of the SEC hit. We won’t have that problem with Dedan’s parents.

I’ve noted before having 2 project centers on roster isn’t beneficial for a team on a title run

Roberts, Francis and Tugler will be one of the the mist functional front line in the nation so having MCFarland and Lath coming in as the 5th and 6th bigs is just fine. TA also slated to take minutes.
