It’s an interesting trait of people with power… Most seem to have difficulty admitting they made a mistake. So, that’s the answer to your question.

Pezman is just cashing checks. Now Khator and a Fertitta need to get in a private room and talk about moving on from the whole football staff and Pez. That’s the reality here.

But let’s not go crazy. The university has not be completely and totally embarrassed. I have been around 42 years now and we have done a lot worse on many different fronts than one football loss.

The Coogs played their best ball of the season offensively in the first half, defense is a different matter. We were not completely and totally embarrassed, that award goes to UCF.

that was for coaches that had clearly lost the team and were going to leave the cupboard bare…not coaches that currently have the #85 recruiting class IN THE ENTIRE NATION!..and that kill it in the transfer portal and that know how to hold players back to build future depth for the future instead of burning their playing time for the now when heading into a brand new conference that is new to be in and that has a real P not a helmet sticker

If we fire Holgy without cause, his buyout is:
- $14.48M after the 2023 season
- $10.08M after the 2024 season
- $5.58M after the 2025 season
- $2.82M after the 2026 season
These buyouts only make sense if the potential loss in ticket revenue exceed the buyout.
$14M is a lot of season tickets. If the average season ticket is $700 inluding required donation, that’s a loss of 20,000 season tickets. We only sold 25,000.
I think he gets next year no matter what.

I might be making our tickets available for purchase. Not transferred, just for sale for $2,000 rest of season. Section 229. Oh, CDH and Pez are in charge maybe I get $50. Ha Ha Ha

It’s been reported here that what got us into the big12 wasn’t winning games. Tilman got us in by calling some politicians. Lesson the administration learned is winning or fan support won’t get us anywhere. All they need to do is have Tilman grease some politicians.
