There are buyouts for the asst coaches as well as what we will pay to bring in a new head coach and staff. Its not going to be cheap this will be a multi million dollar mistake we have to erase.

Tilman needs to get Dana to resign.
Settle on a reduced payout
 or whatever the buddies agree to. Dana shouldn’t have to worry about another dollar :money_with_wings: in his life
 unless he doesn’t manage his money well. Pay the rest of the staff what they’re contractually obligated.
Save face. Move on.

They are buddies. Tillman ain’t doing that. Also, doing that would be admitting he was wrong, also something TF ain’t doing. We are stuck.

Tillman let Stephen Silas play out the season when he should have been fired before Christmas last year he won’t pay a coach to not work.
