Parking

Coming in from out of town for the game, staying at the medical center location. I will have a car, where is best to park or do I Uber?

The metro rail is free for ticket holders: red to purple

I second the Rail option…easiest in/out from the stadium area and that will be more of an issue when the B12 schools come to town. I have used it since the Louisville game for highly attended games

That is why I actually like Thursday games as I can plan a business trip around it! Going to the BU game this year too.

The ride to the Eado station after that game was awesome!

From Med Center I would park at Palm Center station. Free parking there, and it’s a 7 minute ride to the stadium. You’ll possibly wait longer for a train to arrive than the actual ride to the stadium.

Edit: never mind, I see you can do an all-train trip to the stadium. I didn’t know we could do things like that in Houston. :exploding_head::joy:

Lyft is a much better company.

Yates HS parking is easy and cheap. Can score some Frenchy’s on the way out

Keep in mind if you usually park in EADO and ride in, this Saturday the Astros host the Yankees at 6:10, AND the Dynamo host the LA Galaxy at 6:00pm.

Parking and catching the rail from there will be brutal.

It’s been crossing my mind…I suppose free parking at MacGregor Park is also an option.

Not sure if it’s an advantage to most folks, but it’s an option.

I’m about equidistant from MacGregor or Palm Center, and MacGregor is closer to the stadium, but only by one stop.

Still… There’s always the likelihood of the car show at MacGregor Park after the game, so it’s tempting.

The Dynamo game is in LA on Saturday. They list the home and away teams backwards from other sports. Because you know, it’s soccer.

I received a parking pass. Can we park anywhere or only in a particular lot/ garage. How do we know?

Color of the pass is the lot you’re in. Orange = garage, blue= blue lot near the artsy buildings. Green= green lot down Cullen past Wheeler. UH site has a map in the football info section
