IIRC, he alone almost beat us at Oklahoma last year.
i think (and hope) this is just a slow start that just hinders our chance at a top 2 seed but damn is it frustrating beyond belief to lose to alabama in essentially the same way for the 3rd time lmao

Tramon can handle the pressures of ISO ball. Him, Shead, and Sasser were so good at it for us.

This is where I think we need TA fully healthy. He can’t dribble penetrate like Mark but he can get into the lane and hit that sweet turnaround J. It’s like Mark’s midrange shot.

How do we get more open looks for TA? Maybe it’s just too early for him but I never feel bad about him shooting. Feel like we’re at our best when he’s aggressive.
While we had 4 starters coming back, replacing an all timer like Shead isn’t something that is gonna happen over night.
This like every team is gonna be a work in progress. Enjoy the ride. Sucks to lose, but better days are ahead.

My Alabama takeaways? #1 It’s freaking November people- chill. #2 Our offense needs to come together and keep moving the ball as if everybody can score and everybody needs to TRY to score . # 3 We can’t afford to play as if the refs don’t exist- we have adjust to the refs- they sure as hell aren’t going to adjust to us. #4 We need some more conditioning if we are going to OT very often. Other than that, it was a great game and we will learn a lot from the mistakes we made.

I’m only staying for tonight so I’ll miss the ND win tomorrow (I live close enough to drive, if I had to fly I’d probably book the whole week). I had fun at the event. Got to converse with a lot of fans from different schools. Definitely recommend staying at MGM. Don’t even need to leave the building to get to the arena.

Oh nice. I’m glad I don’t live that close to Vegas. Would be broke lol. Sounds like fun time. I have not stayed at MGM in ages. Used to like their casino a lot.
