Francis is better than Tugler even when hurt, you cant teach big giant and sturdy human being with giant wingspan.
The front line play against good competition is concerning. They look great against lesser competition but are neutralized by an opponent’s good front line. Tugler plays hard but not smart. Francis is not an offensive threat. Roberts plays hard and has the jump hook, but overplay the jump hook and Roberts is neutralized. Roberts has done an amazing job improving his free throw shooting.

In a high pace game, just give up easy buckets. Dont foul.
Our best players CAN beat anybody. But they gotta be on the floor. Not sitting with foul trouble
TArc is our guy - if he can get healthy would go a long way to quell my concerns for our bench. It is a big IF though seeing as he is having problems even in practice with his recovery.

Overreactions. Alabama lost 12 games last year and went to the final 4 last year.
We are going to lose more games. We just need to make it to the tournament and trust the head coach that’s brought us there I don’t even know how many times in a row. This team will be significantly better in Feb/March.

I know TA is still recovering from injury but when he is in the game in his limited minutes, he still plays passively.

For every point mercy scores he gives up two or three. That’s his problem right now and that’s why most freshmen don’t play much here.
It’s not hazing. It’s a fact. How many points did he score tonight? Now, look at how many times his defense was responsible for the opponent scoring.

He’s soft. He’s our guy. But it is what it is. He’s not Jamal. He’s not Marcus. He’s just not built like they were/are.
The football fans are used to 12 game seasons, they cant handle losses, although Dana and Fritz should’ve got them used or them.

Our season has ended before the last game of the season for 40 years now. Everybody loses.
We just finished playing our 5th game. 30+ game season. We are JUST GETTING STARTED. Almost December means squat.
