Doesn’t get any easier. Bring them on though. 6 straight S16s! How sweet it is!

Need Pesik’s quick takes: should I be worried about Purdue?

Better work on countering traps in practice this week

Go Coogs, they need to work on breaking the half court press, those last three minutes on offense was terrible, Purdue might’ve noticed and bet they’ll use it

They will only use it if they are within 15 points. They were not impressive today.

Yes, we need the Pesik scouting report!

Purdue is 7-10 in quad 1 games and 19 in the net. 22-11 overall. Beat bama by 8 and lost to Auburn by 19. Lost 5 of their last 7.

Short answer no from Gonzaga on paper was a bigger threat… but that’s on paper

Yikes in light of those numbers how did they get a 4 seed?

10th in offensive efficiency. Gonzaga was 3rd.

208th in defensive efficiency. Gonzaga was 16.

They look like, statistically speaking on paper, a poor man’s Alabama.

The same Alabama we can never seem to beat? Bummer.

Needless to say this will be sweet retribution for coach going back to Indiana.

This will be a repeat and not nearly as relevant. When we played our first round game in the IU arena, I’m pretty sure that was big time retribution.

It doesn’t matter, we are the better team and do well against hostile environments on the road. Purdue will find out they aren’t playing High Point or McNeese really quickly.

If BYU is in the sweet sixteen this boosts my confidence since we dominated them twice

Houston about a 7pt favorite over Purdue
