I think we are definitely a second weekend team. From there it depends on LJ, Uzan, Sharp and TA.
If those guys get hot for two weekends we will win a Natty. If they don’t…bad things.
Oh and foul trouble with Tuggler, JWan and Francis.

I haven’t been able to find this on ESPN’s website. Very hard to believe we have a better chance to make the final four than Auburn.

It’s under the BPI section, then you click the tournament tab. Tbh I think it over-inflates us and Duke by quite a bit. Nevertheless it’s still nice to see the Coogs garnering big time respect.

Just did the math and that’s about an 84% implied average probability of winning in each of the first four rounds. Even assuming a 99% chance of winning in the first round, that’s still 79.5% in each round thereafter. No way I’m buying that.

I like UH’s chances to reach the Final Four a lot more if UH is not in a region with Auburn or Alabama

I’ll take it, but it’s difficult to see why Auburn doesn’t have the best odds of making it. Of course their only loss is to Duke.
