I saw Pantera there when they were a hair metal band, before they got all yelly. They opened for Anthrax.

Marqui, Pig and Whistle, then I usually couldn’t remember the next 3 or 4 places. LOL. Who had the frozen screwdrivers?

Rockefellers ~ saw BB King and got to go back stage to meet him. Also saw Blue Oyster Cult. Couldn’t hear fro 3 days.:rofl::rofl:

On the Border on Telephone Road about a mile before getting into Pearland. Had some great cover bands and also acts like the Runaways and the Ramones.

Zachery’s Cajun cafe in kingwood was awesome. They had cheap good Cajun seafood and live acoustic music from the 60s and 70s on weekends unless it was college football season. They had a bunch of tvs for football less than 2 miles from my house. Covid knocked them out then there is nothing there now.

Volcanos has the frozen screwdriver. It’s still serving.

Yep! That’s it. Almost got arrested for public intoxication there. I dodged it, but my friend wouldn’t stop mouthing off to the cop.

They used to have $.50 cups of Lone Star Bock back in the 90s. It’s still the only place on Earth I’ve ever seen Lone Star Bock.

They made the best tacos out back.
