Looks like the Coogs host South Dakota on December 2nd - 3:30 pm meet 4 seed Creighton in next round if both survive. I guess the 4 team bracket all play in Omaha.

Opponent is So. Dakota about whom i know even less than my overall lack of knowledge about volleyball.
I do know that this the first appearance by UH in the big dance in nearly a quarter century (last appearance was the year 2000). I can also say this is a fun team to follow. Go Coogs.

Me too but I did see the interview with the UH Coach who said South Dakota has the #2 in Kills this season behind the UCF player so they are playing #1 and #2 in back-to-back matches. And this exhausts my knowledge but I am going to add âheavy swingâ to my VB vocab.

USD is 29-3 and 40 in the RPIâs which is respectable. The only really good opponent theyâve played (until today) is Louisville, who swept them.

- South Dakota has made the NCAA tourney that last three years but have yet to win a set.
