North Korea (Kim Jong Un)
Eritrea (Isaias Afwerki)
Syria (Bashir Al-Assad)
China (Xi Xinping)
Saudi Arabia (King Salman)
Iran (Ali Khamenei)
Myanmar (Min Aung Hlain)
Turkenistan (Serdar Berdimuhamedow)
Venezuela (Nicolas Maduro)
Not a bad list, but I’d have a hard time not including Belarus (Alexander Lukashenko), Tajikistan (Emamoli Rahmon) and Russia (Vladimir Putin).
Equatorial Guinea (Teodoro Obiang) might also be an honorable mention.
Any arguments?

No argument hear. Glad you added those three, totally agree. Russia should’ve been top 5.
I’m sure we can take the Number 1 spot if we try hard enough

Ya know what’s funny?
Way back in 1998 I was in a US Army school with a Lieutenant Colonel from Eritrea.
I’m guessing that country is now blacklisted from US military assistance due to human rights violations.

Afghanistan under the Taliban should probably be on the list as well.

Eritrea (Isaias Afwerki)
I’m not sure if I knew this country existed before now.

Apparently you didn’t follow either Eritrea’s civil war to gain independence, the later war between Eritrea and Ethiopia, or more recently, their odd alliance and joint operation against the ethnic Tigray insurrection.
No. You just listed the 13 worse dictators.
