Today’s game starts at 4:00 CST and all games are broadcast on ESPN+.

Cincinnati is averaging 7.7 runs per game, which ranks fourth in the Big 12. They were swept last weekend at OSU, losing by a combined 30-15. The Coogs lost two of three at home to the Longhorns.

Cinci has a first year head coach who spent the previous five years at Central Michigan.

Cincinnati (21-17, 7-8 Big 12) is tied with Kansas State (22-14, 7-8) and Kansas (19-14, 7-8) in the Big 12 standings and four games behind West Virginia (23-13, 11-4) and Oklahoma (21-14, 11-4) for first place. UH is 5-13 in the Big 12.

The usual.
Starters usually pitch well.
Top 6 usually hit well.
Sometimes dumb running worked today.

8th/9th hitting .175 & .194 in Big 12.
Left some on base.
(7th hitting .226 but all good w 6 Big12 HRs)

Bullpen gets creamed & a few guys can barely get out.
Big 12 eras of @13, 8 & 7 took the shelling tonight.

2 more errors.
167th overall now.

Should get most of Sat game before 'Stros tomorrow.
Yesterday was a month left in regular season.

I guess we won the UT series if you go by runs scored but that’s not how standings work.
