The Twitter/X sesspool has boiled over this past week. The antisemirism has gone off the charts with Candice Owens, Bassam Youseff, and others. I wish I could say that was new but it isn’t, just really exploded the last few days.

Short answer is the banks are getting their interest payments, but they can’t move the debt. Usually they offload this debt to other investors but Twitter has been performing so poorly financially that they can’t off load the debt and they are such with it on the books.

I don’t use tik Tok, no interest. Plus it seems a lot of the tik toks get reposted on Instagram and Facebook.
No one is talking about Tik Tok. It’s about Elon and his tilting at windmills, burn it all down approach to X.
It’s his platform to do with as he wishes. Stupid? Sure. X is a prime example of what largely unmoderated forums look like. Some love it, some hate it, some don’t care. Nobody is forced to use it.
What I hate most of all is not seeing the posts of everyone I follow in the order the posts were made. I hate an algorithm selecting the ones I see (sometimes repeatedly). Gimme a straight timeline feed and I might give him $8 per month.

Yes agree with that, let me see them in chronological order. Also the algorithm is bad in now that I basically see the same posts over and over throughout the day.
Instagram also needs to have the chronological order setting. I mean I will see some post about an event days after it happened.
