I really doubt many of the kids leaving will be going to big time programs. Another reflection on poor recruiting especially in the pitching department. And could be a combo of not developing pitchers also

Look at the positions of who’s in the portal. Primarily pitching. Look what hurt the team this season. Primarily pitching. My guess is most of the pitching staff were encouraged to enter the portal. My guess is brining in pitching is the priority.

Also a good catcher for LSU.

We were good at the plate and great in the field. Looks like most of the starting position players will be back. The pitching staff is where we need help.
A bench guy with all our good hitters and the new guys.
He did get close to .250 in 20-21 when he played 50 games w 118 ABs.
I hope M Lott isn’t forced into a full time pitcher. Huge potential and already our best stolen base guy. (14 sb in 18 attempts)
Nathan Medrano found a spot yet? UH could use him back.

His brother plays at Louisville. I think it’s a “don’t want to play for my dad and hear I’m only playing because daddy is the coach” type thing. Neither Bianco boy plays at Ole Miss.
