We don’t hate Whitting. Most of us just think UHBB should be a perennial BB powerhouse, and the last 12 seasons have shown us that’s not happening.

I live about 5 mins from his H.S. - CyWoods. Saw him play twice this past year n few times his Soph yr. He’s a good one – switch hitter. Just need several more like him from the burbs as someone already posted if they want to compete at BIG12 level.

Tulane young pitchers Zach DeVito (Georgia), Michael Massey (Wake Forest), and Grant Siegel (West Virginia) gone to the portal. Devito was the closer.
Tulane with an internal HC hire with Jay Uhlman but no luck retaining these guys.
Dylan Carmouche was a great portal pick up for them after winning the CWS w Miss State. I liked him for UH before he went to Tulane. He should get drafted.
