Didn’t @Joprior23 say that the May 11th deadline doesn’t account for Grad transfers. Seems like it’s too early to throw the towel in.
Also, he never said it was a lock, but if the deal went through we’d be the best offensive team.
But I get the questions. Summer workouts start in less then a month. I just don’t understand if it is a grad transfer why he isn’t in the portal yet.

But, Ced Lath and Jacob McFarland being our #3 and #4 bigs is my issue.
How many young players tear it in the Big 12, only if they’re 5 stars from what ive seen
And how many times did Jwan or Francis pick up 2 quick fouls this year? Alot. 2 quick fouls and now Lath is in the game? Or you play small, which isn’t great on the road.
The current front court is the reason, we’re looked as a top 10-20. Instead of closer to top 5. Our guards are good enough, front court isnt. Just my same thoughts til we add someone, lol
I hope Francis develops this off season and has a monster season he has all the tangibles, just needs to believe it and get a mean streak and start dominating

Chuck Harris played 3 seasons at Butler. Started 24 games last season
Tyreek Smith, played at Oklahoma St & Texas Tech. A nice piece off the bench defensively
And BJ Edwards. Didnt see time at Tennessee. But, ranked #97 in Class of 2022 according to 247sports. 4 star prospect. For AAC that’s pretty good
Still would have FAU, Memphis, UAB ahead of them. But maybe they compete for that 4-6 spot in league next season

I think this years team is going to really get up and down the court….more than any Sampson team we have had….He is not afraid to adapt IMO.
