I think Dandridge is Uber talented. I also think that he gives zero effort a lot. That is my beef with him. Not on his skill as a basketball player.

Not over the top and absolutely true. Watching him go between the legs, windmill and 360 dunks with Memphis creating their best version of a playground dunking circle cheering for him.

we will get some late announcements over the next 2 days but for the most part new transfer portals entries will be extremely limited…
we are likely only to have one open ship… and we are still heavily recruiting dedan,
HRR podcast is saying we are likely done unless dedan choses houston or some superstar comes available that really wants to come here that we cant turn down
that seems likely to me, sampson wouldnt trying to recruit 2 players to 1 ship …and sampson is known for keeping a ship open for potential reclassers like dedan…
i get that player can still enter the portal late, but why go through the waiver process at all if you could have gotten them in before today…
we go into every season with some big question mark/roster hole, looks like next season will be no different

Pesik… Just goes to show, and this proves that you just make up stuff. All in the vein to never be wrong. There was NOTHING on Twitter putting Dunn in Houston.
Dunn doesn’t even post often on Twitter. It’s obvious if you read his timeline. He posted his goodbye to Temple Nation. His next tweet was his commitment to UH on 4/8. I found out early on 4/6 that Dunn was on campus and committing to CKS and told Jo him and LJ were in the bag.
I didn’t, and don’t need any credit. Dunn was a complete surprise, but since he wasn’t “high enough” on YOUR list, you act like you knew on social media or something. Wrong. If you found out, it was cuz Jo told you on the 6th after I let him know. And you don’t have the connect I do so this just proves that you just like typing dissertations and like getting folks swept up into a bunch of gibberish quite often. Lol.

not twitter but ig … and yes. before anyone told me anything, our younger players posted themselves in a super expensive restaurant is UH basketball gear, which is normally an indication for an official… at the time i had no clue who it was, but when jo told me it might be dunn, i noticed a ton of our players following him (the same young ones at the dinner), and not folling guys from any other school
also a ton of houston media was following dunn on twitter, which i noted was odd for a guy with no houston ties… im not making this up i noted this to Jo in pm the moment he told me

IF… We don’t have anyone else lined up then using the last ship on Dandridge obviously makes the roster better and would be a much better use of a ship than Bowser and Mylik Wilson last year.
But, I don’t think he’ll be in scarlet red and albino white next season.

I dont like to throw gas into the fire but wasnt JoPrior saying we had a done deal with another player ( a big ) in particular already for weeks. A player that was going to make our offense pretty much impossible to guard. And Nathan was saying to just be patient that the transfer portal still had weeks to go before it close.
I have to agree with Pesik on this one. Why bring up Dunn when other people in here had brought his name up linking him to Houston as a possibility. Same thing with Cryer.
We’re not even talking about their recruitment but a third recruit Jo has promise for weeks.
