Arizona State is in the Big 12 Championship.

If we beat BYU, Colorado is in.

If BYU wins and Iowa State loses, they’re in.

If Iowa State wins and BYU wins, I think Iowa State is in.

I believe doing away with divisions was required by the networks so that they could control who gets into the playoffs.
