Fear mongering headline. There are no storms in the Atlantic. There are three areas of disturbed wheather that have some level of possibly developing into a tropical depresion.

What’s the difference between “disturbed weather” and a storm?
Organization/circulations mostly. The current points of interest are areas of heavy thunderstorms, but they do not have defined circulations/centers for the heat engine to really start.
I get that for named storms. But a storm is still a storm, no?
I guess you could say the headline implied it was a named storm but it doesn’t seem egregious to me.
It’s definitely a click-bait headline. Have we all seen worse? Yeah for sure.
