So, in terms of combined 4 an 5 star recruits, Ohio State would be the “on paper” most talented team with 68 such players, ND second with 59, Texas third with 50, and Penn State fourth with 47.

Hoping for an Ohio State v. ND title game!

Half way there. I’m with you but, if UTA were to win, it would bring back memories of a Cotton Bowl a long, long time ago.

You would have to make a note to UT 31.4%, they would look at your app unless you are top 6% in your HS class.

In terms of admissions selectivity, ND would absolutely run circles around the other three UNLESS you are either a) a legacy, OR b) a jock.

hmm. woulda thought texas would have more 4+5 stars combined over ohio state.

They do individual review for those outside of the top 6%.

When I was in HS, it was Top 10%. Had I not finished outside of it, I would have been a longhorn.

I got into several schools including Tech, UNT and Baylor but I obviously ended up at UH.

Everything happens for a reason lol.

I applied to 2 schools… RPI & UH but stayed at UH because $36k/year in tuition for a EE college that was ranked something like 2 spots higher than UH in US News rankings just didn’t make sense to me…

RPI is well know on the east coast but I wouldn’t change my UH BSEE education for anything…

My undergrad is in the same conference as RPI. You chose wisely. Engineers suck! Go Bart!

Impressive Kyle. I grew up near RPI and am familiar with their Academic standards. It is not easy getting into RPI and just as challenging to pay for it.
