Only your first paragraph has anything to do with my point. And where did he say he loved the city? There is no evidence for that but there is evidence he doesn’t like the city. And it doesn’t matter because Tillman didn’t have the money anyway.
I stand by my statement

At this point we need to move on to Rice, but any talk about Colorado not being able to afford Prime was probably only to drive donations. They are not Ohio State but are far above a school that just left the AAC. They did over $19m in ticket sells alone last year, they may have been 1-11 but they have a healthy athletic department, however, they did receive $10m in school funds.
Also if you want to see a breakdown of everyone with less detail.
Maybe Fertitta is a man of his word and would not fire CDH after 2 winning seasons and needed a coach who had experience transitioning to the B12. And of course, the buyout does not make business or financial sense.
CDH and the team need to move on to Rice.
We as fans have the luxury of talking about Prime all season long. My guess is that it’s a big story line for a while.
Can’t wait for the moment Colorado falters and all the haters come out and dog-pile on him. That’ll be fun.
I think it’s great. I hope they win all their games except beating us. I don’t we have ever played them so as far as I’m concerned they can beat Tech and Baylor to smithereens every year.
Uhhh… You should probably read your article before posting it… it actually disproves your point entirely…
And if we paid the $21 million buyout and then Deon still took the Colorado job we would all be complaining about how bad of a decision it was to waste $21 million on nothing.
Wild.
Nebraska looked slow vs Minnesota.
Colorado’s speed on the outside should tear them up.
After its CSU in Boulder then a banger @ Oregon.
Hype is going 2 be crazy.
(USC at home after OR)
Hot ticket.
I hope Nebraska goes in there and rolls CU and stops this hype train right in its tracks lol
Nebraska is going to fold.
The amount of attention CU is getting is crazy
United posted something for them
And ESPN is giving his son and another player a sit down interview.
That stadium is rocking. The Prime effect! Also, Shadeur Sanders looks like the real deal.
As we see with Sampson, saw with Herman and are now seeing with Prime, all it takes is one coach to turn a program around.
Dana has zero excuses.
Could of been, UH.
My goodness, the Nebraska fan base is such a good case study in fan involvement regardless of past success because there is SO much red in Boulder right now.
They are making Matt Rhule look like a novice.
This game is good.
Coach Prime has these kids playing hard. This is only the beginning.
That’s been a rivalry for generations.
Nebraska fans have been fans for generations.
Nothing new.
We missed out on this train
If it was us, Coogfans would say it was boring
