Eagle fight never die. lol. Go Jebbies!

Will be interesting to see where on the pecking order he lands. That will speak volumes.

Ike is listed as a junior, Soffian is a freshman, and Edwards is a soph.

BTW, that long pass Ike threw against Temple was perfect, but it was dropped by the WR.

Need to go back and find the thread where I only suggested that one of the freshman might hit the portal…… was lambasted by the ā€œknow it all’s ā€œ about how that would never happened and the portal was for juniors and seniors looking for more playing time and so on….
I don’t expect anyone to admit they were wrong but you know who you are…… I ask that you humble yourselves and quit acting like you are experts in every damn thing….

I tell everyone the same thing, lets not speculate about kids leaving. No reason to put a name out their just so you can say i told you so later. Seeing this with Bball player right now.

I think I recall one of the WV fans saying on our forum that Dana was known for succeeding with transfer QB’s (Grier/Trickett) vs coaching up HS QB’s. No idea of the validity of the comment.
There’s a finite number of snaps to be had on a football team; pecking order, injuries, etc. … guess Kopp didn’t like how it all filtered out.
Maybe CDH is following Quinn Ewers …

Looks like The Big 12 job is Massoud’s to lose.

I remember when he showed his ass on Twitter after Michigan beat UH in The NCAA tournament. A bunch of his former teammates chimed in too and roasted him.

I realize every player has the right to make what decision is best for them but this is a bit sad. Dude didn’t even stay more than a year.

I predict that a Cougar or two will hit the transfer portal in the next 365 days.

(Can’t wait to throw this in the face of everyone when it happens!!!)

I have no idea how Maddox was performing during practice or in class. Let’s assume all was good in class but it was a challenge at practice then:

This is the very essence of why you play the game, any game, any sport. What is disappointing to me is that it happened so quickly after just a few months. There are plenty of QB’s, elite QB’s, Hall of fame QB’s that were not even assured that they would start in their final year.
Who are these QB’s?
There are only the two best QB’s of all time none other than Joe Montana and Tom Brady.
Nothing is given to you in life absolutely nothing. The moment that a player, any player feels that they want to transfer because the competition is too hard tells me they never had it in the first place.
Nobody but nobody in the NFL or even college thought that either Montana or Brady could do at the collegiate or NFL level. They did for the dedication, hard work and SELF BELIEF TO NEVER GIVE UP No matter how hard the fight is EMBRACE IT.

I saw him on Twitter. Missed the old teammates unfortunately.

I’m guessing this was based at me? If not then apologies……
I’m not throwing it in tha face of anyone and am sorry to see the kid go…. Way back when I had said I hope they both stay and become great Coogs……
My reason for bringing it back up is because we have some posters on this site that have this ā€œholier than thouā€ approach on this board and try and belittle other posters that do not agree with their opinion…. I did not dig up the old posts or even mention names…. Just asked they chill with their shtick.
