I think everyone expected an appeal. Depending on how they rule, it could get appealed again. That is the due process.

Either way…probably will.

I guess I say could, because if they rule in Trump’s favor then it is possible the prosecution wouldn’t appeal. If they rule against Trump, I’d expect him to appeal (which is what I would do too).
