First president to hit the century mark

Amazing. I remember him being president. Everyone seemed like they hated him. Billy Beer, peanuts, the over the top Georgian accent, Iran hostages, going with gramps in the summer to get in line to get gas on odd or even days.

Lol people still hate him

Because he told us the most uncapitalistic thing, consume less.
Hating a humanitarian, so on point for some

I wasn’t old enough to remember him as President. I also didn’t agree with his opinions on Israel over the years. I didn’t hate him though. He’s also done a lot of good with Habitat for Humanity. Happy birthday to him.

Could’ve established a foundation to transition us to a cleaner, independent energy economy but everyone called him crazy

And now we’re reaching a point where people are finally realizing we should’ve listened

Don’t care for the guy’s anti-Israel views.

Anyway, he lost by a wide margin to a guy that is now rated much higher in the Presidential rankings.

This now my favorite post by you

Yeah he did. And he also fell victim of the other campaign working out a deal to have Iran release the hostages after the election.

Sure Bro.

That’s why both Houses of a Dem controlled Congress found that that was NOT true.

Some people will truly believe ANY conspiracy theory they hear.

It wasn’t all doom and gloom, Star Wars also came out during his presidency.

And some people have a direct line to the judge who pardoned Oliver North.

As for Congress, I’m willing to bet it was better to pretend it didn’t happen.

And read Due’s link if you dare. Or go full ostrich.

Yawn.

Both Houses of a Dem controlled Congress REJECTED those claims.

It’s a settled matter.

As I said, some people will believe any conspiracy theory, however far fetched.

Carter sucked as Prez.

The dang “misery” index was coined during his presidency.

That should tell you something.

I personally remember the long lines at gas stations under Carter.

He’s done some good humanitarian stuff since leaving office, but keep in mind that many Jewish members of the Carter Foundation resigned in disgust after he wrote his anti-Israel stuff.

Enough said.

I’m not defending Carter’s anti-Israel stance.

But I speak the truth. You can choose to believe it or not. I don’t care. Did you read Due’s link? If not, you get a nice heaping helping of STHU until you do.

It’s not the truth according to both Houses of a Dem controlled Congress that investigated the matter.

So I would dispute that what you speak is the truth, based on that.

By contrast, what I said about the misery index, the long lines at gas stations, and the anti-Israel crap……THAT’S called speaking the truth.

DID YOU READ THE LINK DUE POSTED?

I wouldn’t put it past the sane administration that traded arms for hostages with Hezbollah. Lot of smoke and the timing was always suspicious.
Btw the article i linked is from many yeara after the Congressional hearing

I don’t need to.

When a Dem controlled Congress finds that something is BUNK, that’s weightier than anything to the contrary that CougarDue might post.

I guess you’d also believe that people in Ohio are eating dogs and cats too, eh?

I consider both of those theories to be equally far fetched.

Ha. Then STHU, ostrich. You lose all credibility when you won’t click on something that helps prove our point. And it’s not some crackpot link.

Same ol’ lawyer nonsense. Sticking with Wednesday’s plans no matter what happens on Tuesday.

I know the truth. Doesn’t make me happy, but I am content in my knowledge. But I’m not liar as you claimed, so get bent on that.
