They rolled out the red carpet for us at the Golden Nugget. There is a big Coog sign in the lobby and the receptionists are wearing “Go Coogs” buttons. I saw the Hoover Dam today and I’m looking forward to the UH reception at the Golden Nugget tomorrow night. Are we doing anything for the team on Saturday morning? Go Coogs! Eat Em Up!

Good question. Haven’t seen anything in regards to a gameday schedule.
All the folks working in the Golden Nugget Casino are wearing Talking Bout Those Coog shirts. It’s quiet now but there is going to be a hospitality reception for alums in the hotel’s Gold Diggers lounge at 2 pm. Go Coogs!

The only gig we have planned for Saturday at least with the band is the pregame fan fest and battle of the bands at 10:45 before the game, the itinerary says it is at the stadium. Today however there is a LVA kickoff luncheon at the hard rock Hotel at 11:00, and then later tonight they have the bowl Pep rally on Fremont street at 6 where we then parade to the UHAA pregame party at the golden nugget at 7:00. Those are the only official events that I know of.
