Where is the lineup
I agree with Bregman, the Astros are still the team to beat and I expect them in the WS.
But that thought process signals the end of the dynasty. The regular season is going to be something they think they can overcome at the end, which they did this year.
They need to get some VERY hungry vets in the offseason who desperately want a ring. Although you would have thought Abreu was that kind of guy.
And keep in mind that the Twins are not a good road team, with a .494 record on the road.
I did not know that.
Road Warriors + Loud MMP? Big advantage Houston.
No Graveman for the DS. That stings if we wanted to get to our BP by the 6th inning for a Graveman, Nerris, Abreu, Pressly closeout.
Who is that 6th inning reliever now?
Hmm, Graveman’s out, but Montero’s in.
Shoulder discomfort
Playoff baseball and the crowds…nothing like it. Well done Baltimore.
I’d go with Maton. I know he really hit a wall July and August but he carried a 0.77 era in September.
No Dubon in CF!
Will JV be able to function?
But a bona fide tomato can batting last.
There was some kind of butt hurt twitter scandal going on between the astros and rangers. Now I’ve lost it.
A relief.
I was worried about forearm issues. Graveman is back in 2024.
On MLBTV & FS2 - Listed as ARCA Menards Series.
JV throwing like its the 7th inning. Should have gone with Framber.
Huge pick me up
Did yall see Maldy arguing with JV against Kiriloff?
JV went into his windup while Maldy was looking away. It looked like Maldy was asking for help from Dusty. JV shook him off twice
Ugly but I’ll take it. Need JV to settle in next inning. 23-25 pitch innings aren’t what we need.
Mr. October, Jose Altuuuuuve!
JV just went through his herky jerkies. He’s gonna be hard to beat thereafter. You gotta get on JV early. Teams that jump on him early neutralize his stamina.
I really thought the Twins were gonna carpet bomb him the first inning. We’ll know after three.
