To be fair to the Coogs D, that was a phantom PI call. Flag came out late, and on replay, there was NO pass interference on that play. Not a dumb penalty, there was no penalty… But there was a flag.
Can’t blame the loss on that one call, as we let Rice waltz in on their second attempt at PAT.

They did kind of quit before the game started by being complacent in practice. The frustrating part is the player quotes about last night were the exact quotes from preseason
Thought we were better than we were.

I was in that end zone and saw it. It was a terrible call. I also thought the botched two point conversion was actually a PI that wasn’t called.

Ball should have been thrown better. Still should have been caught. Bad play call.
Look at the 3rd and 17 play at the end of the 1st quarter. Manjack has no one on him. What in the world.
Our expectations are too low. The Big 12 overall is much better than the AAC, but let’s not act like every team in the conference is good. TT lost to Wyoming. Baylor lost to Texas State. WVU is mediocre. KSU lost to Tulane at home last year.
