Penders had a game lined up as part of a MTE but we blew the opening round game to Georgia Southern. Should have gotten Duke in the first game if we were doing a favor to the CBI organizers.

An NC State fan who went to UT sitting behind me said he’s rooting for us to be a team of destiny, even if only because he picked us in his bracket. He likes us though, though I questioned if he wanted us to win over NC State should it get to that point.
