Will the game will also be in ESPN plus? I don’t have ESPNU
Damn it… The whole time I was gettimg ready to go into work I was thinking the game was today…
It may only be on demand on espn+ if it is broadcast on the espnu channel.
I watch them on demand sometimes… Games that are only on espn+ are annoying because you can’t record them and watch on a delay until AFTER the game has finished…
But on hulu I can record games in real-time on espn/2/u; and watch delayed if needed/desired and I don’t have to wait for the game to finish to watch it delayed.
I have HULU too and have not seen a way to record ESPN+ games. Perhaps I haven’t tried hard enough. What am I missing?
You can’t… That’s my complaint if it wasn’ t clear…
You can watch the UH game on demand about 10 minutes after the game ends, though… And you can ff/rwd the on demand games on espn+.
You should be able to record espnu through hulu W/ LIVE SPORTS… That costs extra of course…

CKS Media day.
Ask him why our switches are so slow on the perimeter after trapping… !
Hang on. Let me get on the call and ask him.
Nice analysis/preview, agree with all your points. They also have a very short bench, so I think it will be difficult for them to play their kids so many minutes against our constant defensive pressure & OReb.
While I deeply respect McCasland and the team he’s assembled this year, I think playing at home makes the difference as we stop the bleeding in conference play.
I’m gonna say Coogs run off next five in a row heading into Kansas game.
Time to roll!
Playing at home shouldn’t affect how fouls are called against our team… But it does.
I know the folks that have been in the B12 just seem to accept this “anomaly” but I’m going to extract and analyze the data myself because it seems egregious.
Great interview and better question about margin of error in B12. CKS said on last TCU possession pick and roll we made three mistakes on defense, if we make just one of three mistakes, do we win or could we still win making two of the three, we obviously lost with making three of three but goes to show margin of error is very small in B12, and the difference between winning and losing is small, even a loud crowd like ISU can be the difference. We need to bring it and be loud for TT.
That’s not the difference that fueled the win at ISU… But I digress…
What’s really interesting is this egregious fact appears to be baked into Vegas lines. The experts seem to know how strong home court advantage is in the Big 12.
CKS said it was a factor. Tough place to play.
You must not have seen the article I posted where they analyzed the NBA reffing and found it was biased to home teams… The same logic applies here.
I don’t think it’s unique to the Big 12, you get more favorable calls at home in other leagues too I believe. The difference is that we could overcome that against the lesser teams in the AAC. Those few favorable calls a game are the difference between winning and losing in the Bug 12.
