I just figured I would share what I discovered looking for final four tickets. OnLocationExp. is an official partner of the NCAA and does ticket packages for the final four. They usually come with perks like post game parties etc. Right now they have a lot of tickets for final four all sessions that are way better the the egregious resale that is already out there. Seats in the nosebleeds for a few hundred (gets you into all 3 final four games) and in the 100s for 1000$. again for all 3 games. Its obviously a risk because if the teams suck you may have to eat a lot of the cost, but If Houston makes it those tickets are gonna be impossible to get. Anyway I just grabbed two and thought I’d share because I didn’t win the draw directly from the NCAA and almost had a heart attack when i checked Ticketmaster
I got mine on cyber Monday. They were 10 percent off. If UH doesn’t make it to the final four, maybe I can resell them for a profit. If they do make it, I’d probably pay more for the same seat.
I tickets on Vividseats for what seem like a decent price after looking around. Hoping the Coogs come thru! 
I screwed the pooch and didn’t buy my early offer tix… I’ll be there regardless if we make it.
I bought mine through Cougar Pride in 2021 and plan to do so again this year.
In the past, each team that goes to the FF gets an allotment of tickets and I assume UH will as well. Those tickets should be sold at face value, but I don’t know what that price is. If it is too high, my TV will do just fine.
I am retired and my budget isn’t as high as it used to be and the big ticket items like property taxes, Christmas, etc. just hit. I just booked our June vacation to Kauai, HI last night as well, and I will tell you hotels, flights, and rent cars have gone up a bunch.
Also, about that time is when we have our football season ticket renewals. So, if they are too high, I will just watch on TV.
If we make it to the Final 4 I wouldn’t want to be the team playing the Cougars. The city will go crazy and the noise in NRG will be deafening. The reaction if we win it all may make the Astros WSC celebration look like a small town carnival.
So basically you chose your wife & trip to Hawaii instead of possibly seeing the Coogs play in the Final Four in their Hometown .

Yes, I am. I have to think about my charming bride and her putting up with me and all my sports that she couldn’t care less about. Linda loves going to Hawaii and so do I, so the choice is easy. We haven’t been back to Kauai since 2019 due to all of the COVID restrictions and we are chomping at the bits.
Besides, I would have a much better seat in front of my big screen TV than the nose bleed section.
And yes Jesse, I know you were just messing with me, but even if you weren’t, I’m not that easily offended.
It probably won’t happen, but can you imagine a Houston vs. Texas finals game? Ticket prices would be out the roof…but frankly I am greedy and want us to make it and the Horn to fizzle. I liked the atmosphere at San Antonio last year…this would be even greater…
NRG Stadium is having roof problems. The roof was supposed to be open for the Chiefs vs Texans game and wouldn’t open properly.
The NCAA is now looking at holding the Final Four at the Fonde Recreation Center.
Why would they care about the roof opening?
Just keep it closed…
