Is it possible to “overdo it”? For instance, say youve taken 400 shots trying to get your 9/10 before going home, and your arms are tired. Now, when you shoot, you overcompensate so the ball will get to the hoop. Wouldnt these reps be counterintuitive to creating muscle memory if youre pushing harder than normal?

Shooting is like anything else, you can build endurance and strength.

I didn’t realize that Sharp was playing with a metal plate in his leg. Great to hear him say that he feels more confident and flexible playing without it now.

Dude looks faster on the perimeter in the Australia games… And his shot has always been fast and pure!
