puts us in a really tight spot - pretty tough time to hire an OC - right in the middle of spring ball when you’re trying to install your offense
Oh it was both! Dawson and Dana designed and called plays but since Memphis in 2021, Dana gave up play calling saying it would help him focus on other things. Our offense from Memphis 21’ to Memphis 22’ was not good. Idk how many games I watched where the commentators are literally calling us our saying how bland and predictable our offense is
