He needs to be fired asap.
I think enough time has been given…too much talent in the immediate area.
I don’t think firing him in November will help, but they should already have the termination letter printed out and ready to deliver the first week of March.

What’s the point now? It’ll just ruin the holidays for the players. Might as well ride the Fail Train into the station. And disembark the coaching staff off the back of the caboose.
