I’ll bet that flagpole comes down after lawsuits by Satanists, Scientologists, atheist groups, and who knows what else sues to fly their respective banners.

I blocked traffic last year over the ship channel during the Scientology riots. We were dragging people out of their cars and then we realized we didn’t have a demon detector room up there.
It was a noble cause though.

Seems like a pretty easy ruling to me… Flagpoles like that are like free speech participation ribbons either i have to let everyone out their flag on it, or no one gets to have their flag up.
