Didn’t Case lead his HS team into the state playoffs primarily by running the ball? So he wouldn’t have been highly recruited most likely because he so rarely threw the ball.

Yes he beat Cuero with some huge runs. He was pretty quick until the leg injury at UCLA.
Blake was never fast but had a great arm

He’s coming in early next year. Which will give him a huge boost. I think we get a 1 year rental in the portal next yeah but the 2026 QB battler should be epic.

This young man, at age 18, is our 2025 QB absent a solid transfer.
Kolb did that, in 2003. Cannot remember another pure Freshman QB starter.

O’Korn? Not sure if you are trying to compare him with JOK, but there is no comparison. Carlisle is the real deal. Go back and look at JOK’s HS stats. Ward’s were much better than JOK’s and Carlisle’s jr production was much better than JOK’s sr production. Only thing O’Korn had going for him was he looked like a QB, until he started playing.

O’Korn showed a lot of promise that first season. People on here like to act like he was a dud from jump street.
