I think it’s fair to say that right now based on public information, the only concession/shakedown that has occurred is Ukraine giving up it’s rare earth minerals to us under pressure.
As of right now there has been no public demands made of Russia at all. Not dissimilar to previous negotiations, where one group of adversaries successfully negotiated the surrender protocols of the century, and promptly returned to power. Which is where I’m willing to bet we’re headed.

I don’t envy your position on the political censorship policy of this board. This thread and one or two others tend to elicit political discussion by their very nature. Many on here push the limits by subtly insinuating their left or right views. And the other side has to answer, of course. And it all started about a Russian general being captured!

Any board especially one that associates itself with my beloved University and wants to divorce itself from the realities of this world ( because any serious university doesn’t do that but realize this is not a University of Houston sponsored board it’s private ) and stick its head in the sand like a ostrich is no board of mine. Why I don’t post much anymore here. As far as the argument it creates vitriol, doesn’t talking sports does the same? That’s called life.
