I initially was in the camp that thought they would steamroll the Ukrainians in a period of 6-8
weeks. At the initial beginning of conflict, the US was offering Zelenskyy transport out. Which
tells me 1) we overestimated the Russian capabilities 2) we underestimated the Ukrainian will
and capability 3) It would have been huge mistake if Z man accepted the transport offers.

So Putin is getting criticism from his own hawks on the right. If the hawks take over,
yeah, it could get much worse and Russia goes all in on drafting citizens.
They are already offering significant financial incentives for soilders to go into Ukraine.
I don’t think the hawks would force conscription, they announce Putin had an accident and fell out a window, and they try to rebuild their image.
lol, Yeah, those clumsy Russians seem to have a hard time navigating past high rise windows.
I don’t know how the hawks may react; pull back and commit to military upgrades or
invest much more Russian resources into the war in an all out effort to crush them.
Having to buy NK ammo sounds really bad.

But they’ve been receiving US help in not only weaponry, but strategy as well. If this had been done under Trump (which it never would have) he would never shut his pie hole up about it and the MAGAts would be echoing this during every media opportunity.
