I swear players are babied these days
Clarify your post please.
Ie:
xyz missed some assignments.
Xyz has to pass block better
I am usually fair in my analysis.
Can’t wait for the game thread:
QB back to pass, avoids the rush, it’s a deep ball to WR, AND WR WITH THE TOUCHDOWN!!!
A super lack of clarity after saying a 30-day ban. I’ll be a test case… #3 is gonna crush it tomorrow at SMU!!! I expect 5 TD passes!!!
This is simply insane.
They are not paid.
so if Tune throws an INT im not allowed to say “WTF was that Tune?” (or the same if he throws a TD)???
this seems, unrealistic and unreasonable.
edit to add - dont see a post like this in the basketball forum, need much further explanation on this.
How the crud is a linebacker gonna throw 5 TD’s?
how is this even possible in a sports forum? not trying to be rude genuinely curious
this place is a fan sports forum to talk about the team, but we a cant mention their names. I’ve never seen a rule like this before and ive been to hundreds of sports college forums. and it’s counter intuitive to the purpose of this place … this is the Kentucky basketball forum but you cant say the names of the Kentucky players?
i get rules like “no personal attacks on players” or “fair criticism only”… but not mentioning their names makes no sense to the purpose of this board… we literally talk about every play in the game threads…
are we supposed to be “tall wide receiver caught pass from skinnier qb?”
Bye bye BOOM threads. Or maybe it’s ok to say high school minor’s names
Your talent assessments on the basketball board will be fun. Can you DM us a secret decoder that translates Player A B and C to actual names?
Serious question.
If I post a link to an article on ESPN (or any legitimate sports site), and the title of the article includes a specific players name, will I get banned?
Clayton Tune
Ooh potential loophole. Tweet your comment and link it here!
Tank Dell
You should hide it in a spoiler tag.
Are those still a thing?
What if we don’t use a name but call out a particular position as being a filthy worsted-stocking knave?
How about if after yet another holding penalty we generally refer to the OL as a bunch of nitwits, halfwits, dimwits, buggerers, hornswagglers and Methodists?
That’s OK, right?
