OT: Texans vs Jets

A win is a win, but most of the “wins” this season have been within a field goal

I think we’ve been able to mask our faults until tonight. It caught up to us.

Texans have serious problems with or without the injuries

The shin was the 2nd foot. His other foot was already down when he made the 1 handed catch.

Next week against Detroit could get ugly.

It was actually the same leg as the foot that was down. I think the shin counts like a knee, buttcheek or whatever - you don’t need two feet down if you get a body part.

They are overrated.

The Texans win against the Chicago Bears seems like 100 years ago.

They are +1 in point differential. This is what they are, mediocre. Detroit will boat-race them.

Such a bad O-Line.

The way this team looks, the AFC South is up for grabs.

Kenyon Green is awful and physically doesn’t look like he belongs out there. It isn’t like he looks the part and was a combine warrior that turned out he couldn’t play. He doesn’t look like he even belongs out there.

How did they miss so badly on a first round draft pick?

Games like last night probably won’t hurt us in the division race but it will affect our playoff seeding for an easier path to the Super Bowl.

Casserio should be blowing up the phone looking for O-Line help and another Receiver before the trade deadline.

Plus, Greg Ward is on the street and it would cost us nothing to add another offensive weapon that has proven leadership capabilities.

On offense we have a good RB (when he plays), good receivers (one is out for the year, another injured a bunch, and another talented but 165 lbs and got hurt last year), terrible OL, good QB but isn’t the most mobile so the terrible Oline can have a big effect on him, and so so TE.

On defense we have some solid players here and there for sure and the defense is good enough.

Terrible OL and injuries on offense will keep us from being SB contenders

I have close to zero confidence our offense can remotely keep up with Detroit’s offense. I expect us to be picked to lose by 4.5-6.5 at home next week. I wouldn’t be shocked if the score ends up like 35-17 or something.

I just watched the replay. I didn’t realize it was the same foot/leg getting down twice. That makes the catch even more remarkable.

J-E-T-S Jets Jets Jets !!!

Sorry but been my pro team since young’un watching Joe Willie. Caught hell from friends forever…Coogs, Astros, Jets…some very ROUGH years of fandoom

We could be 7-1 right now. That’s all I’m upset about with this last night’s game.

If he’s not careful, Bobby Slowik might go from hot head coaching candidate to out of a job. He’s not getting the job done either.

I think it’s less of a Slowik issue and more of an OL issue. We haven’t had a decent line since Kubiak was head coach.

I only watched a little. I rarely ever turn a game off early, but I knew where that one was headed.

They’ve got to get the line figured out and the injury bug out of the building.

They need to be hitting the Free Agent and Trade wire for any OL and WR help they can get. Tunsil has to be the most overrated Tackle in the NFL.

I watched last night on a local channel, 13 I think.
