Outlook: Thanks to some big recruiting victories, Houston arguably has more talent on its roster than it did last season. The Cougarsâ biggest challenges will be keeping Ward healthy and helping new starters avoid major injuries. If Houston can upset Oklahoma in the season opener, the team could be a strong contender to earn New Yearâs Six major bowl bid.
Would be surprised if this team finished above .500 without biles. He is the offensive guru of the team.

Think this is the problem with starting this countdown in mid-April. My guess is that Baylor wouldnât be ranked this high now.
