Meanwhile, in Texas…

Here come the articles hating on EVs and Teslas.

If you see a paper license plate that is outdated, it means the owner hasn’t made payments to secure plates.

Seen a lot of it driving around. Saw one that expired in May

…or the plate is sitting on the back seat because my son hasn’t installed it yet. True story…but fixed now.

How’s that working out Hans?

Doesn’t sound like they care…and I imagine protection of their water supply was more important to them than lower priced oil.

trump’s made up stories about “friends” are embarrassing and cringey. I guess the dopes who would attend one of his rallies eat it up, but wow, what a con man.

Lol, who is driving from Kentucky to DC, especially in an EV? Your fake friend is a moron, DJT.

recounting a story about a friend fed up with driving their EV from Kentucky to Washington, DC, due to all the alleged charging stops.

Enjoy your commitment to always being SA’s beotch.

No matter how much oil we produce SA can, at any time, flood the market with cheap oil and crush our oil production companies. If they’re selling it for $30/barrel our refineries are buying it from them and our drillers are shutting down. Fact. We’ve seen it play out over and over and over and over. Then SA will increase the price and/or slow production causing a spike that lines their pockets and makes our drillers start, slowly of course, producing again…prices spike and everyone pays more.

Only two ways to end that cycle…

A major government takeover of our oil industry…which I know you would hate…

Or take the needle out of our arms finally and go with a more efficient solution.

Which is?

Give some clear examples and how the infrastructure is built for it.

Don’t know if you’ve seen the Houston Chronicle today, but they are doing a story
about Centerpoint doing a slow approval process for new home solar systems. The story
mentions one customer has been waiting for 6 months after install on the approval.
Of course they mention there are financial incentives for Centerpoint to keep you on
the grid. How widespread are delays these days ?

Very, utility companies all over are slow rolling approvals. For the exact reasons mentioned, it’s all financial.
