According to Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald, King has until Tuesday to enroll to be eligible for Spring football. That settles that:
“ While a UM official, earlier today, conveyed expectation of King enrolling at UM Tuesday,this official acknowledged always risk of something happening with these kids, if another school comes in with pitch he can’t turn down. Must enroll by Tues. to partake in spring ball.”
I just don’t think he wanted to play for UH and the current staff 
had a whole segment on King this morning on the First Team (ESPNU Sirius XM).
essentially just talking about what’s already been said here. Rumors are that its Miami but nothing is official yet. Still going to talk to / visit Maryland, LSU and Arkansas.
Decision will be made in the next day or so since he’s gotta be enrolled soon.
The new OC at Miami, Rhett Lashlee, did a good job with Shane Buechele.
Draft outlook for King from July 2019:
I can only imagine this board on Saturday Sept 12 if he goes to LSU.
King is not as good as Myles Brennan. Zero chance he goes to LSU.

I have my Masters from UM so I follow them closely. Really weird choice for King if he was hoping to make a statement for the NFL. Miami culture is toxic right now with Diaz at the helm, lots of internal strife with the team, AD, and Alums. Add to the fact that the canes will be breaking in an entirely new offense with a new OC and with recruits not necessarily tailored to the new offense. Just seems like a weird choice. However, if he is choosing just for fun and not caring about a future NFL career, I totally get it. I loved Coral Gables…

Wish him well. I’m for one pulling for him. Just didn’t work out at UH, with all the coaching changes.
Only been fortunate to vacation there once, but I can’t imagine spending a year in south Florida on a full ride with just a few grads classes not being an awesome experience . He’s going to have a blast outside of what may happen on football Saturdays.
