I never met John but by the posts on here, he was a great Coog and an even better man. Rest in Peace sir. Condolences to you Raider, your wife and his family.
John was the lead in effort and communication with me with respect to Coofans’ support for Junior Cougars 20 years ago. Always enthusiastic, always committed to follow through. Sorry to hear of his passing. A Coog HOFer.
I met John in the early days of Coogfan tailgates in Robertson. Everyone knew and liked Maddog. I am sure he and coach are up there cheering on the Coogs!
