CV would be a better resource but I know State Farm drives by my house to see how close the tree limbs are to my roof. I know. I’ve spoken to them while they were here.
Interesting tidbit: my aunt lives in midtown in a condo. Many years ago there was a fire across the street. My aunt called her homeowners insurance to see what a fire (rider?) would cost. They put her in a high risk classification and jacked up her costs because of the phone call.
