I think you are both right , past few years there were usually like 25k and today probably like 31k tops
This was the first game since 2015 that the upper most deck was very crowded with people.

I was there as well. Make the drive down from DFW for every game. Too bad not enough people in Houston care to attend.

Depends. Section 105 was 1/3 empty and I attribute that to scalpers for the UT game. Next year will be the tell to see how many season tickets and butts in seats we have.

Crowd was great!!! Sucks there wasn’t a lot of highlight plays to get the stadium hyped, but overall it was great in person to see a nearly packed house.
It built out slowly towards around 7PM. I was a bit nervous at first, but I’ll admit it was crazy hot so I understand why people showed up a bit late

We need to allow more students in as in 10k if they want.
The crowd was good overall and that upper deck was fairly full for a change. You also have to remember at any given moment fans are walking around the Concourse buying food etc and if we forced 100% to be in seats at all times , it would be fuller so they say 37k which I’ll take bc every time I got up and went to get water , there are 1000s walking around
