Interesting history.
I know, I was an early Twitter user and saw how it could create communities and connect people. I also remember when it was horribly unreliable too as growing pains.
I do not. Mods operates with their own appreciation even though it could contradict what the “house” rules are. I enjoy posting on coogfans because that is more or less the only coogs related website.
Chris, were you saying you do not consider Coogfans social media? Or that you do not consider the article in my original post to be political? Or what?
I won’t go there Dustin.
You can respond with yes or no. I don’t need any explanation. I just want people’s basic opinion. Not looking for a debate on it.
I would like to see more debate on the stagnation at X and what it means per the original posting too.
I feel like this thread turned because of me
I do not and did not feel the original post was a political thread
I was specifically referring to X, and wished that there was a social media platform similar to X that prohibited politics
Guy fires people left and right after buying, says he bought it so their would be less censorship and then proceeds to censor people he doesn’t like while allowing the most horrific people in the world, LITERAL Nazi’s, to come back to the platform.
It was already a cesspool before he bought it. I didn’t think it could be worse but it is.
I’m actually surprised growth is only ‘stagnant’.
I’m actually surprised he is, in a manner, acknowledging what he is doing is not working. That’s a big step for an egomaniac. So …does that mean he will up his game on suing advertisers that left or have a new strategy or functionality added…or would he sell at loss and admit failure ?
Well, the first step is defining “politics.”
I was wondering when we would hear more about his push into financial services.
Musk suing more former advertising customers to grow X business revenue.
Sounds like a brilliant strategy.

X isn’t the only ‘stagnant’ growth problem he has.
What does this post imply?
Clues
Not going there.
If you see a post that’s political, don’t reply and make the issue go further. Just flag and move on. Thanks.
Thank you.
The definition of “political” shouldn’t be ‘someone on the board don’t like it’.
