Miss Keith calling the games. Think he retired for good about 5-10 years ago.
But I thought Yancy was supposed to be the best S&C coach in the country.
New assistants added to the staff.

Co-DC title for Jennings leads me to believe Major has already selected an additional D.C., but not announced it for some reason. Perhaps a guy on the staff of a playoff team?
WellâŠheâs in Austin nowâŠ
I think so. Extremely anxious to hear who it is.
Twitter is rumoring that itâs âthe architect of the 3rd ward Dâ. Gibbs?
Watchu talkin bout Willis??!?
Tech would probably be willing to pay his salary for the first yearâŠ
Brian Johnson as OC? Heard his name thrown about at the basketball game tonight.
Mississippian state QB coach. From Baytown.
Great college QB too.
Former Utah QB
Played college football at 16. Started at 17. Coordinator at 26. ImpressiveâŠ
I might be missing something here. Utahâs offense was not good when he was OC there. Giving him an OC position because he coached Dak Prescott seems a bit of a stretch.
his last 3 Mississippi State offenses averaged 37 points, 35 points and 32 points per game, the last with a FRESHMAN QB! Johnson is a fine coach, and likely have real success here, especially with a defense that can actually stop someone, which he isnt exactly used to.
It wasnât his scheme. He isnât the play caller. John Hevesy is the co-offensive coordinator, offensive line coach and running game coordinator. Giving Brian Johnson credit, like I said before, is a bit of a reach.
The same way you donât want to give him (B.Johnson) credit, you should not put any blame or shame to him. Heâs the QB coach and has tremendous upside.
I wouldnât be surprised to see a Co-OC scenario.
Co-OC/QB coach would make a lot more sense.
Exactly. Having QB coach share OC title enables us to pay at a higher pay range.
