I was thinking the same thing. But USC has gotten recruits under the previous regime constantly. Now they are in the big 10, so maybe the allure of that? But the SEC is solid. So this is a weird one.
Could be the league SEC is too tough (Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, Auburn)
